Anemometer is an instrument which measures the speed with wind blows. In 1450 an Italian artist named Leon Alberti first developed anemometer. It was reinvented and modernized by John Thomas Romney Robinson. It is a basic element of weather monitoring stations.

Weiber Advanced Anemometer with Datalogger working is simple to understand. This hand held anemometer's axis of rotation is vertical and it should be in the direction in which the wind is blowing. As the instrument rotates it measures the speed of the air blowing, records it with unique feature of data logging for various readings, download them into an attached PC so that print-outs can be taken for further processing for research and allied activities.
